is the wordpress plugin really free?
Yes — it is free and open on the plugin directory. The hub is the paid product; the plugin is yours to keep.
how does yearly and 3-year billing work?
Pay yearly and you get two months free (ten months for the price of twelve). Pay for three years up front and you pay for two and a half. Same features, lower effective monthly cost.
what happens to my data if i downgrade?
Your data is never deleted on a downgrade — at most it goes read-only. You can export everything, any time.
how do the add-ons work?
On any paid plan you can add users in blocks of 10 for £4 a month, and storage in blocks of 5 GB for £2 a month. On yearly and 3-year billing, add-ons follow the same discount as the plan. Add or remove them any time.
what is the tasks-per-board cap?
It is just a safety guardrail to keep very large boards fast, not a limit you are meant to hit. Free boards hold around 500 tasks; paid plans around 1000.
how do the ai credits work?
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits at no extra cost. The AI features are lightweight, so a normal amount of use will not run them out — and there is nothing extra to buy. AI is never billed on top of your plan.
how do i pay?
Pick a plan and pay securely by card at checkout. Billing is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — so your receipt and any applicable tax come from them. You can start free first and upgrade whenever you like.
