Labels & filters
Tag tasks with colour-coded labels and narrow any view down to exactly what you want to see.
Labels tag your tasks; filters narrow a view down to the tasks you care about right now. Together they keep a busy board readable.
Labels
A label is a colour-coded tag — bug, client work, this week, whatever suits your process. Add labels to a task from its panel. A task can have several.
Labels belong to a board, so each board can have its own set. When you import tasks or apply an automation, labels that fit the target board are applied and any that don’t exist there are quietly skipped.
Filters
The filter bar above any board narrows it down. You can filter by:
- Priority — none, low, medium, high
- Assignee — who it’s for
- Label — one of your tags
- Due date — overdue, today, this week, and so on
Filters combine, so you can ask for high-priority tasks assigned to me that are due this week and see just those.
Filters work everywhere
The same filters apply in every view — board, calendar and table — so switching layout never changes which tasks you’re looking at. Set a filter once and it holds as you move around.
Filter vs. search
Filters narrow the tasks already in front of you by their properties. Search finds tasks anywhere by their text. Use filters to focus a board; use search to find something specific.
The short version: tag tasks with colour-coded labels, then use the filter bar to show only the priority, assignee, label or due window you want — in any view.
