Views — board, calendar & table
See the same tasks as a kanban board, a calendar or a table — at board, group or whole-workspace level.
The same tasks can be shown three ways. Pick whichever fits what you’re doing — the data is identical, only the layout changes. Switch views from the picker at the top.
Board (kanban)
Columns of cards you drag between stages. This is the default and the best view for moving work along — see the board.
Calendar
Your tasks laid out on a month or week grid by due date. Best for spotting what’s coming up and when things clash. You can drag a task to a different day to reschedule it, on desktop or mobile.
Which day a task lands on respects your own settings — your week start (Sunday or Monday) and date format come from Settings → Locale & dates.
Table
A dense, spreadsheet-style list — one row per task, sortable columns. Best for scanning a lot of tasks at once or working through them methodically.
Board, group or workspace
Views aren’t limited to a single board. You can see:
- One board on its own,
- a whole group of boards together, or
- every board across your workspace in one place.
At group and workspace level the table and calendar show which board each task belongs to, so nothing gets lost.
Filtering carries across
The filters you set — priority, assignee, label, due date — apply the same way in every view, so switching layout never changes which tasks you’re looking at.
Today and overdue
Whether a task is “due today” or “overdue” is judged in your timezone, not the server’s or your device’s — so it’s right even if you’re travelling. Set your timezone in Settings → Locale & dates.
The short version: the same tasks, three layouts — board for moving work, calendar for dates, table for scanning. Switch freely; your filters follow you.
